Our wood-fired saunas reach temperatures of 185–200°F, delivering deep, restorative heat to support recovery, relaxation, and overall wellness. Just steps away, a short sandy walk (30–75 feet) leads you to the water—perfect for a refreshing cool-down and a full contrast therapy experience.
